The three friends played for Coach DaLawn Parrish at Wise High School in Upper Marlboro, where they won multiple state championships and formed an unbreakable bond. Coach Parrish remembered them as “outstanding young men” who were “hard-working, very caring.” He added, “All three of them will always be a part of my life. As they told me I helped them grow, these young men helped me grow as a coach and a man.”

Khyree Jackson’s journey to the NFL was not an easy one. He took a year off from football after high school, working in the deli department of a Harris Teeter grocery store. However, with the encouragement of his friends, he returned to the sport and eventually earned a spot on the University of Oregon’s team. He was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the fourth round of the NFL draft just a few months ago.
